Gambaro's Functions

Gambaro’s has two function rooms available:


The Garden Room, located on the top level, seats between 50 and 300 guests.
The room offers a sophisticated, yet warm and friendly dining atmosphere
and features a large dance floor, bar area and covered balcony.
The Garden Room is perfect for cocktail parties where guests can enjoy
pre-dinner drinks on the balcony, with spectacular views of the city.


Josie’s Room offers a traditional setting of grace and elegance, featuring
Tasmanian oak timber, wall mirrors, beautifully decorated surroundings,
bar and a large dance floor. This room is ideal for all occasions
and also features a balcony. Seats between 20 and 300 guests.
